bike crash

This guy was really lucky that the front of his bike got hit and not his leg.
It seems like this may have been the riders fault judging by the way the road looks. I get the feeling that he was supposed to have stopped.
It doesn't really look like a very safe country to be riding anyway. They way other people in the clip are doubling on a dirt bike in the middle of the city gives me the impression that there aren't a lot of traffic laws or at least they are not very enforced.
